Failed cancel service, then billed me, and no f

After really slow DSL service (4MB line that one could barely browse on), I cancelled my account.

Step 1: I cancelled my account in Mid May
Step 2: I was told that I needed to wait a calendar month - End of June
Step 3: On June 18, I got an EMail from an Mpho Molokoane trying to discount and sell me a better deal.
Step 4: I responded asking for more information (June 18) - no response
Step 5: I sent another email, thanking them for their offer, confirming that I would definitely be cancelling (June 24)

I am trying to move my ADSL line to be part of a cheaper bundle through AfriHost, who informed my I still have an active DSL service and cannot move my service until Telkom releases my DSL.

I have checked my bill - They have indeed billed me (my online statement says:
TI-AllAccess Advanced 20GB TIN2141866 Aug 13 R 209.65

I have spent another 30 minutes just waiting on the phone for them to answer. I'll phone again tomorrow and pray I don't have to fight with them just to cancel my account and get my money which they have already billed me for back. (I also sent another email today July 8 asking this person Mpho person why my cancelled account is not cancelled - no response)

Cant cancel ADSL, because of wrong info
