Yes, I received replies, but no resolution other than the fact that MTN, represented by you, Okkie and the pathetic manager of MTN at Carnival Mall, called me, the customer and my 2 daughters, 17 and 19 years old, insinuated that we misunderstood the ill qualified and ignorant sales person, Okkie, and informed us that we have to pay the price for it! That is NOT a resolution, that is PASSING THE BUCK, 'sweety! ' No matter how many times you tell me you are sorry for the inconvenience, it does not mend the fact that we are out of pocket due to your staff and their manager's incompetence and your covering up for them, making us out to be. You can keep your explanation and tell it to someone who cares, I already have BBM on my husbands phone again and I'm buying data for my daughters phone, all at an additional cost, and no thanks to your pathetic attempts at pretending to care!
