Very poor cell phone reception

My family and I relocated to Protea Glen Ext 29 in August 2012.
Since occupation of our new residence we have experienced nothing but very very poor cell phone reception.

This is really frustrating as we depend on cell phones daily. It has become very difficult conducting any business when I am at home as connectivity is constantly disrupted.

Please can you advise as to whether there is anyone attending to the installation of any towers to improve reception in this area or should I consider relocating to another area?
