Jennifer is a SuperStar! This woman extends herself to providing exceptional service and, with quiet and reserved honestly, holds up the name of her employer. This pint sized little dynamo does the work of more than 2 people in that branch.

I wish I could say the same for the "Management" at the Corporate/Business divisions. I personally held on for over 48 minutes on one of my attempted interactions with the Corporate Vetting department and watched her hold for service for over an hour at another stage. Where is the support? The phone does not even get answered! SHOCKING! Pity she was not managing that department - it would probably run like clockwork.
