Once again I would like to thank Dominque and Jennifer Mia of Mutal and Federal customer care service for the outstanding job they are doing at M&F, I have had a attempted buglarly in the early hours of the 15/04/2013 whereby my lounge windows were broken by the burglars I had logged the claim at around 9.00 am on the 15/04/2013 however with the issues I was experiencing with the glass company Jennifer Mia and Dominque went the extra mile to the repairs guys to fit my glass asap without issues as i live in an area which is very close like 500 metres away from an informal settlement and we have been having quiet a few burglaries in our area and my neigbours were surprised with the service from M &F as most of their insurance companies did not sort their claims to date, once again hats off to M&F and i will not change my insurance company, in the past years I have had quiet a few minor claims and M&F sorted my claims without any problems.
