Good day
I would like to compliment one of your agents that I spoke to yesterday when I called your call centre. Jennifer who assisted me when I returned a call regarding a technical problem that I had. Even though I was so irritated about the fact that I was mis-informed about my ADT contract, she was so professional. She helped me go through the process of assessing the problem and was very patient with me. If we had more people like her in the service industry we would be much better off. Even though I was considering moving to another service provider, after speaking to her I don't think I would consider that now. Thanks so much for an exceptional service provided Jennifer.
