No Guarantee

I installed an Alarm system.
The Radio did not work.
The Installer came back more than 5 time to fix this.
The Radio is still not working - ADT says that I must pay for a call out.
I have a service agreement pink form that says 12 month guarantee from start date.
The Call centre does not know what I am talking about.
They say they Jennifer will call me back but she has not - I cant even get through to Jennifer - the manager.
