Charging me more that I contact without service

After phoninh one of your call centre agents and explaining to him what I need. He told me you guys have a special for R1 per month. I agreed to the R1 hosting on the 27th of June 2013. 3 days later you charged me R7.9 and R 86.00 for this service that was suposed to be only R1 for the first month (This I read on your website later, no one told me this when selling me this package)
I phone Web Africa 5 times and still the money was not reimbursed to my account even though 5 different people told me you guys made a mistake.
Also the service I paid R 86.00 for still does not work. So nice going guys. I hope everybody out there reads this and decides not to use your service, because it is worse that poor.
