Horrible Service

I purchased I contract 5days ago at the Vodacom Randburg mall, I went to return it as I wasn't happy with the product. The service was appalling the stuff were rude and arrogant. They made me sit there for almost 2hrs just saying there is nothing they can do. While I was there, I called Vodacom customer care to find out the procedure and the agent told me, Janet and Mrs Ahmad that she should assist me as I have 7days to return the product. The Owner Mrs Ahmad cut the call while talking to the agent. Then she told me the vodcom call centre agents are stupid and know nothing putting me out of the shop as it is her lunch hour. She told me to come with lawyers as she will not even try to compromise and assist me. I question to understand why would this store be so ugly to their customers. I work hard for my money and just want decent assistance. I have had previous contract with Vodacom and never before did I have problems. Kindly assist
