Credit beruoe is not good for my record help me

Lastyear 27 may my phone was stollen and I had contract with vodacom, I called service provider and told them to stop my simcard but they neva did now I have a huge problem because I am now in credit beruoa and my credit record is not good at all, I just called the service provider and asked how long will it take for them to get me out of that setuation because I'm willing to pay the amount just because I want to fix my credit recod n clearly she said nothing af if she doesn't know, please do something
