I went overseas last year and before I left I made sure that i would have roaming. It didn't work and took immense wffort to connect. I am now overseas again and my kids phones both work. Mine is blocked. Again.. they say that roaming has been enabled but I get messages to say that... your sim does not allow connection to this network... someone has set this to block my account from vodacoms side and the people on the callcentre just do not know thw aystem well enough to fix it. I desparately need help as from tomorrow I do not have wifi access.. Please can someone look into this and help me? Please... someone look into this. I am desparate for this to be resolved.
