05/09/2013 - I applied for ADSL and received username.
11/09/2013 - Received SMS to confirm installation at my residence.
11/09/2013 - Received SMS order number (85235210B) and confirming installation for 17/09/2013.
17/09/2013 - No Technician. No call to inform me that they are not coming.
18/09/2013 - 08h00: No Technician. No call
18/09/2013 - Problem with the box and underground cable. Call forwarded to the underground cable guys.
20/09/2013 - Call centre agent confirmed that the issue with the box and underground cable was resolved and our next installation appointment was scheduled for 25/09/2013.
25/09/2013 - No Technician. No call to inform me that they are not coming. Problem with the box and underground cable. Call forwarded to the underground cable guys.
I have no issue with the fact that there was problems on the box or cable. I have a problem with the and/or passing the problem (so it appears). What stand me to do about this and how do I go about it? Please Telkom... all I ask of you is to help me... stop the messing around and just install my ADSL.
