Incomplete installation after 4 appointments

Technicians have been scheduled 4 times, and each time it gets referred back to the cabling department. Once the cabling dept are done, the technicians are rescheduled. The cycle is repeated. Website/Email complaints only get escalated to the relevant department. I have yet to be contacted by any of these relevant departments. Telephonic complaints eventually get me to a different supervisor each time who has never heard of any of the other supervisors I've dealt with. Each supervisor can't understand how it could happen that such a problem exists, and each one guarantees me that it won't happen again because according to the system, the cable has now been fixed, and that they will phone me back personally at whatever time to update me. This hasn't happened once. It is also impossible to speak to anybody in the cabling dept. Incompetence and poor customer service are the order of the day in Telkom. My last escalation reference number is ARS 223393. I don't want another one, I just want somebody to contact me regarding the one I already have, communicate with me regarding the issue, and solve the problem.
