I took a second contract with Nashua and the agreement was that once it reaches R120 there will be a soft lock because i was taking that contract for my daughter. To my shock when i received my statement today there is an additional R275 for airtime. I called Customer Service and the lady that i spoke to told me that it is not a guarantee that the softlock will happen. If you cannot provide the service why promise me in the first place? I am not happy with that explanation and i will take it as far as i can go. The CPA is very clear on what you promise a consumer and wha you deliver... you are saying your calls are recorded therefore i want you to go back and review the recording of the date i took out a contract on cellphone number 0788257452.And don't come to me with that "There is no guarantee" story because had you told me that the first day i would not have taken out a second contract because i am not the one using that phone. So how will i manage my budget if you guys promise me that the phone will be soft locked and turn around and do your own thing?
