Taken forever to restore Lines

I reported that our line was not working, no incoming or outgoing calls could be made, hence our security alarm was also not connected. We reported it on Monday 1st July, with Fault no: 48CWZ010703, the technician came on Monday, 1st July, said they needed to work on the pole behind us which was in our neighbours property, and as of today, Friday 4th July, despite calling every day to follow up, no one has been back. I have called again, and again I was told that it has been escalated, but nothing has happened. It is now too long to be without our phones and security system, and I also hope that they dont charge us rental for this line. It needs to be sorted out immediately please. We dont know where else to turn to get this dealt with.
