Undoubtedly never to return to MTN as a customer in this lifetime.

I initially sent my documents to transfer my expired contract to prepaid on the 9 May 2013.
After many emails being sent to confirm transfer, no responses. The turnaround time given to me was never met.

Finally I had to phone the call centre around the 22 June 2013 to transfer to prepaid, which the agent agreed that he initiated the process.

Thinking that I was finally free from MTN, looked at my July 2013 statement amounts were deducted of my bank statement.

I feel i have been short changed, I sent my document through on the 9 May to get my number transferred to prepaid, it took MTN more then 2 months to sort this out, and now I am put of pocket of R309 all because of the poor service and delay tactics.

P.S. Dont tell me sorry for an inconvenience, the inconvenience, cost and time spent trying to sort out this out cannot go away due to a sorry. You have lost a valuable customer.
