I received a called this eveing from 27873104296. The person proported to be calling on behalf of Vodacom and tried to obtain personal information. When I tried to get more details she hung up. I was concerned that this person might be part of a syndicate I called Vodacom and explained my experience as well as my concerns.
I was told that Vodacom can't assist me. I was also repeatedly "told" what the call centre agent believes the defination of is. She then transfered my called to the "accounts" department which she had known was closed.
Atrocious customer experience. How can you treat your customer so poorly!
