I'm not sure if it is custom to be rude to your clients, but I most definitely have experienced this with the Vodacom Accounts Department and their Customer Services.
I contacted the call centre on Saturday to dispute my balance of my Account and to advise that I found the details on their website misleading.
The person I spoke to was not helpful at all, and I was at the point of losing my temper!
Finally he advised me that I needed to speak to their Accounts Department once they've arrived in the Office, which was done at 8 o'clock.
Firstly, the women I spoke to was so rude to me and I felt mistreated.
When I tried to explain to her that I find the Statement misleading, as I understood it as data available she continued to not treat me with respect.

I would appreciate a Supervisor of the Accounts Department to contact me urgently, as I feel that her attitude reflects negatively on the image of Vodacom.
I would have felt more willing to keep my Account with Vodacom, but since this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth I am now more willing to shop around with other service providers.
