Activation of My Cell C Contract Sim

I have been calling Cell C to activate my contract Sim Card Since 2010 whereby, they promised to address my queries, 3 months have gone, 4 months have gone with no respond or any actions taken without my contract sim be activated... I did call them again and thier response was that even when they can activate my sim card they will not re-emburse me with my 4 to 5 months airtime that i have never used... There for i decided to cancel my debit oder caz i cant pay for the service that i havent received... They were calling me and threaten to take legal actions agains me... So what need to be done...
