Debits on wrong date & Attitude from consultant

I ask why my account was debited twice .. on 25th and on the 1st of july
The answer i get is "You owe us we can debit anytime" .. Thats bull.. we have an agreement of debiting X amount on the XX Date...
Im not happy with this unprofessional behavio
