I have upgraded to a Blackberry Z10 on 8/03/2013.After about a week I experienced trouble with the phone. Took the phone to the branch and they sent it to their technicians in Jhb. Got no feedback for about three weeks and went back. The branch had the phone back for about two weeks but no-one contacted me. They tested the phone and it was still not working. They sent it back, it came back and once again no-one informed me. They tested the phone, still not working. It went for a third time, same thing. I requested a Warrenty assesment - still no feedback nor reply, just promises. The phone (Z10) came back after the 4th time and they told me it had water damage!!! Now I never had the phone for 3 and a half months. It was between the Zevenwacht branch and their the technicians all the time. Last week, on the 25/06/2013 I had to drive there for the umpteenth time because no-one answer the phones there as well, Apparently now the Regional Manager in Cape Town is working on my case. Still want to know WHY the reluctance to provide customer satisfaction especially on such an expensive phone which month by month they deduct premiums, but no usage satisfaction. PLEASE HELP
