I received an sms from Vodacom stating that my top up contract was up for upgrade and that if i do not call for an upgrade i will automatically be put on pay as you go. I have now been charged a surplus amount of money that should not have been billed for. I went and bought a large amount of airtime before the end of the month to pay for my BIS and have airtime for the month - I have now been told i need to pay for my contract amount. Everyone just passes the call on! i have received security authoriziation on my mom's account which vodacom has still not updated on their system which vodacom has not updated on their side!!! i call to get the balances and find out information on the account but no one is able to help me without calling my mother - this morning i was placed on hold 3times so that they could call my mom to get access to her account - I HAVE STILL NOT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE!!! i cannot pay this!!! IT IS HIGHLY Unfair!!

Along with many other issues - There is NO Signal at the house we are staying at - NOTHING! Vodacom cannot seem to help us with this either! We are losing money by clients not being able to contact my mother or myself!!

HIGHLY UPSET!!
