MTN Just wow and not in the good way

On the 19th of April I called to cancel my one contract to prepaid as I moved to Vodacom, due to poor customer service etc

Anyway the next bill came in May and they billed me for the contract again, 27th of May I call again and got informed it was not cancelled and the person I spoke to said I just requested to check remaining airtime, after another argument I request they pull the call logs, they said this will be done and a supervisor will contact me. forward few weeks no call and next bill shows up, call again and say oh it was not done, log another call. This time a supervisor calls another week after LInda or Lindy not sure

She informs me they pulled the logs and I did indeed request to cancel, she will get cancellations to call me to cancel once done a credit will be done. cancellations calls next day 19th June and all is cancelled

Next bill show up again no credit but was billed again and they say its due to only cancelling on the 19th, logged another call and supervisor not available again they will leave a message week later no one has called again. I don't even have the number any more and getting this trough to them is a hole new challenge
