How they keep on deceiving us???

Would you be shocked that when you are asking for your balance *141# it does not give the the balance but the total's not giving you a break down of limited and free minutes. therefore deceiving the public and me.

When i called and spoke to the manager whos name was Khumulani Zulu he told me first that he would not waist my time only to later tell me he is not even on Prepaid and therefore could not really understand my frustration.

Who does one call you highlight the massive abuse we are given by mobil operators???
