Temporary black listing not removed since 23 June

We had my husbands data card and iPad black listed, as we thought it was . but it was miss placed. On 23 June we where at Cell C in Menlyn requesting them to remove to block. Forms where completed and the request was submitted. On Monday 24 June my husband went back and they said it will be sorted in 48 hours. Which was not done. After several enquiries the call centre advised him that they required a police stamp. I resubmitted the forms. Tuesday night when we called we where told it was escalated and my number and my husbands cell number where noted. We will be called on Tuesday, which did not happen. Last night I called, they said we will be called today, which did not happen either. I called in to the call centre and the agent refused to assist me, although all relevant noted where on the system with my contact details. I requested a team leader, she refused!
We use our iPads for business and at the moment Cell C is costing us money, they are quick to take your money, but when it comes to customer service there are none! Enquiries takes 20-30 min, I pay because I am not with Cell C. People demand customer service in South Africa, but they can't provide any them selfs.
