Protea hotel and deceiving to sign people

Asically i was signed up with and false promises
I informed the lady who called to offer the prokard that i have a big family, she said do not worry whenever u need to make a booking call me, she even gave me her cell number. The promises were that i could use my voucher with a special, that i will be able to swop vouchers, that she will make sure i get free upgrade to family rooms, and breakfast for my kids sorted as they are all under 8. AS soon as my money was taken, she refused to accept my calls .. From that moment till now when ever i need to make a booking i must act like a begger, and plead with them to keep there word, and as usual its just a act of great frustration... I called to speak to the big deal at head office but he was too busy so he got SOMEONE to call, who promised to sort out and compensate for frustration.. HAA hAA hAA all again... as i am in the exact same position...
Please public becareful of this companies and complete lack of customer service... They dont give a dam about anyone... Shame on you protea hotel, i gave them the dates of call and asked them to listen to recordings and sort the matter out.. BUT THEY DONT GIVE A
