During the same day I had spoken to a agent by the name of Londiwe, which in her words she had said to me "we are unable to assist at the moment but if you call in after an hour we will be able to assist".then I called in after an hour and spoke to a agent by the name of Charlie who had then notified me that the reverse transaction I requested was impossible, after a whole hour of waiting.
