I am a platinum client and FNB assigns platinum clients with a premier consultant to assist with all your needs, or that's how it suppose to be, I recently had a problem with a merchant and called FNB and was told I need to complete a dispute form, which I did and forwarded this to Sharon, she never gave me feedback I call her/email her all the time, I called her today as she promised me the transaction would be reversed in 5 days, now she is off today. I have the email where she staes that the transaction will be reversed, now her manager Rene called me and stated that because I have had transactions with the merchant before this transaction they cannot reverse the transaction and I must take it up with the merchant, this is a substantial amount of money and my bank gives me a silly excuse, after assuring me that the transaction would be reversed by a PREMIER agent. This is ridiculous as what if you deal with a merchant for 100 transactions like grocery shopping and 1 transaction is a problem, then FNB will refuse to assist you. As for their premier agent, she makes promises and advises the client wrong information. People don't deal with this bank they will take your money and to you
