Thank you Nashua Mobile for getting in touch with me via e-mail.

Bianca S, you contacted me on 20 June 2013 via e-mail informing me that: "We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to assure you that your matter will be addressed. You shall be contacted shortly."
However, it is now the 3rd of July, no contact from you since and guess what? The two accounts were given data again on the 1st. So I reckon the debit order will follow on the 15th. It's now the 5th month already... a nice savings account i'm building here. Please sort this out.

Hellopeter, were you not suppose to e-mail me with a Customer feedback 54hrs after the complaint was logged?
