Since 13/06/2013 i have been experiencing terrible download speeds on my 4 mb adsl line. ive made several calls and logged this fault numerous times via call centre and web to no avail. every time i log a fault, a day or two later i get a notification saying either that the fault on the line is resolved or that there is no problem with the line when in fact nothing was done and the problem still persists. its quite frustrating as ive even requested that someone just get back to me to advise how long this disruption in service will last as i pay over R700 for my isp and R554 to telkom for services i am unable to utilise and wasting money.
