Cell C - Lack of communication/Bad service

As I've heard nothing from Cell-C on the progress of my application (dated 02/06/2013 - and approved 02/06/2013), I decided to follow up on Tuesday 11/06/2013 - I held on for (in excess of) 10 minutes before I was informed that my application was rejected 08/06/2013, with reason that an invalid package was captured.

I've not been contacted by Cell-C, and EVERY single time I try to get hold of the customer services I have to hold (at my own cost) for up to 15 minutes, without getting through.

Due to the service shortfalls above, and the fact that this application is now rejected - I am thus requesting that my application be cancelled with immediate effect.

Please confirm that this has been done?
