Membership cancellation & debit orde

On the 21st of March 2013 I cancelled my membership with planet fitness because someone had my trainers in my locked locker and I served my notice in May. in June planet fitness debited my account but they couldn't access my account because I had blocked their debit order. I then went to enquire as to why they are still debiting my account if I am no longer a member, I was promised that they will remove me on their system as a member. In July the 27th my account was debited and R800 was taken by planet fitness, I went back to the fourways branch and Pinky printed my cancellation forms from their system and we resent it to the head office along with my bank statement. what makes me angry is that no one has sent me any communication about my cancellation nor did they acknowledged that they have received the re-sent forms. Now they want me to wait 30 days for them to refund me. why do I have to suffer because this is an error from their side, I need someone from head office to give me a call and refund me within 7 working days
