FALSE ADVERTISING AND BILLED INCORRECT

I have sign a contract with Cell a open line contract. i have selected the nokia lumia 920 on a straight up 100.
The consultant told me that i can make calls anywhere, to any numbers and it deduct from the amount of minutes i have left. After that i will pay 99 cents per per minute per second billing. Every month they have been deducting an extra R20 to R50 from my account due to extras i have used. Well i have 300 minutes left and 271 sms and 86mb left and have already uses R11.14cents hows is this possible?

you guys are misleading and taking my hard earn money from my account.

i need to drag you to court
