Today I logged in my bank account via internet banking to monitor my account and I found out that Cell C; instead of billing me R99 or the maximum of R150 rather billed the amount of R339.07 which no one person can account for as I call in through the Customer Care Line.
Apparently my line was an open line initially; but last early last month or a month before (I do not recall the exact date) I called it to request that my account be made a maximum of R50 as opposed to open line which can make unlimited calls; and hence I stated ahead that the maximum would be R150; that is R99 that I am billed every month plus R50; that is if I exceed the given R99. I need my money credited back.
I feel so betrayed by the company I gave my trust to. (Cell C)
