Vodacom, you need to stop trying to my money by billing me incorrectly assuming that I will not check my itemized billing (I am disgusted by your practices and cannot wait for my contract to expire). This is not the first time, nor the second, nor the third that you sneak in things into my billing. You claim to have this night own data you provide, beginning of June I had 1024MB end of you claim I had 1018.75MB (meaning that according to you I only used 5.25MB); yet you have charged me R864.87 for using data between 12am and 5am. I call the call centre and guess what, they will escalate. We know the drill. You are going to do absolutely nothing about this, then when I call for a follow up you are going to tell me that I must pay the amount because that is amount billed and you will only resolve after investigate. Then you will do nothing and when I call once again you will take me from pillar to post in getting my refund. YOU NEED TO STOP WITH YOUR RUBBISH AND!!!
