ADSL - I have my head in my hands

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am on my knee's begging for some resolution to my ADSL woes over the last 7 years. I have been complaining, logging faults and hoping that the high attenuation and noise on my line is fixed. I live in the Midrand area and with all the recent development, there have been exchanges which have been established not more than 2-3 km from my house.

I have even taken a second line (only for ADSL) in the hope that I am patched to a new exchange.

Please, I am a remote worker from my home/office working for a US multinational and depend everyday for decent bandwidth. I am currently paying for the fastest package, but all I get is maybe 2Mbps.

Sir/ Madam, this is my livelihood, and I sincerely ask for your assistance to resolve this. I still have an open fault for this from the 23/06/2013.
