My daughter was mugged and her cellphone was in that incident. I called the call centre to lodge a claim as the phone was insured, only to be told that I had insured the simcard not the handset. I was confused and upset as that did not make sense as how does one insure a sim card which is less that even a R100, but not insure a handset that is expensive. I dropped the call as I was still reeling form the shock. When I gathered enough strength to call again I came through to Tumelo Kgwale, who was so professional and efficient. He was like a breath of fresh air. Within a day he had sent me all the relevant documentation I needed to complete and send back to him and my daughter get her new sparkling phone immediately.

People like Tumelo are rare to find and I want this to be on record.
