Vodacom
No Reception at my house

I have moved into a new house in Ruimsig a year back and its a duplex house.when i go upstairs the signal will be poor & only some times i can make calls but when i am down stairs i don't even get the signal, i have to walk 500 meters from the house to get proper signal.even upstairs i can't use the 3G Dongle.i have logged a complaint with Vodacom long back and i received calls from the Technical Team and they said they are looking into it.its more than 1 year and nothing has happened and there is no change in the reception.
