No Reasonable Attempt at Resolution: despite plea

I HAVE BEEN THROUGH TO BOTH BRANCHES OF ALTEC AUTOPAGE AT VODAWORLD & WATERFALL PARK AND HAVE HAD NO POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON MY PLEA . I HAVE MERELY BEEN SENT FROM ONE PORT TO THE NEXT, YET I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR SEVERAL YEARS .
I WAS ADVISED BY SERVICE CONSULTANTS AFTER TAKING A 24 MONTH CONTRACT AND EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH A DYSFUNCTIONAL BLACKBERRY 9800 HANDSET TO GO DIRECTLY THROUGH TO VODACOM AS THE HANDSET SUPPLIER... ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE IMEI NUMBER IS NOT ON THEIR SYSTEM WHEN I GO BACK TO GET ASSISTANCE (SINCE THE SWOPPED UNIT IS FROM VODACOM). EVEN THOUGH I WAS SENT ON THIS ROUTE BY ALTEC PERSONNEL THEMSELVES, NO REASONABLE ATTEMPT TO ASSIST ME AS A DISSATISFIED PAYING CUSTOMER WAS MADE . I HAVE GONE THROUGH ALMOST A FULL 24 MONTH CONTRACT WITH OVER 6 SWOPPED UNITS (SEVERAL DAYS LOST AND INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME & UNNECESSARY STRAIN CAUSED TO MY WORK PRODUCTIVITY)
