MTN money, after closed my account!

I have ended my account with MTN, I paid in the amount that was quoted to me which was almost R2000.00, after I discussed with a number of consultants that they need to make sure I do not get debited for my monthly fee as I was told the R2000.00 including the amount guess what!! They debited the amount off my account!!! THIS IS WHY I LEFT THIS SO CALLED 'SERVICE PROVIDER' the incompetence is shocking! Also if one tries to phone customer service you end up waiting on the line for 30 mins, some of us have work to do so I cannot wait on the phone for so long. I will be taking this matter further as this is, MTN is money out of my account.
