Six weeks ago I phoned Autopage and asked for a micro simcard as mine was damaged. I was told that I had to pick it up from the store. I told them that I live about 2 hours drive from the nearest branch in Durban and that they must send it via courier. I was informed that I will have to pay the courier fees which I accepted. I waited for 3 weeks and nothing happened. On 8 June I phoned the customer care number again and told them that time is running out as I am leaving for overseas on 18 June and needed my sim. The guy promised me that they will send it and that he had handed over to his supervisor. On 2 July at 15:00 I phoned again. Yuben answered the phone and told me that THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE DELIVERY - For 6 weeks they could not deliver while I paid every month for a data bundle as well. Their service is pathetic to say the least. Yuben told me that he will escalate my complaint (what still to be seen) regarding the sim and the pay back of my databundles they happily charged me for. I am so disgusted with this company - I cannot wait for my contract to expire.
