Vodacom the worst tele miscommunications provide

My company in Jhb asked me to get a vodacom rep to do an installion for us at our off site office in cape town. They sent a rep out by the name ofRiyaad he checked everthing and send we just need approval from our guys in Jhb and they could do the installion.

To cut a long story short. I have tried to get hold of Riyaad his phone is always on voice mail. He never returns calls I tried to get hold of him in centuary city his office is supposedly there.i was given four diffrent numbers which all turn out fruitless. The numbers I was given is like a chain letter from one end to the other with no results.

I tried to get hold of melissa coates in jhb our key accounts manager which liases with our offices in Jhb. She is just as useless as the rest.

Vodacom you should win the award for mis communications and not telecommunications you cannot even get the basic right of customer service.
