In response to an sms offer to upgrade my contract including 2 new mobile phones I phoned on 30 April2013.The handsets would be sent by courier. In spite of me contacting the company twice on their website
on 14 May and 29 May The hand sets have still not arrived. I went to the local branch on 4 June. They phoned and I was told delivery would be effected in 3 to 7 days. I returned on 14 June and was put through to head office and was now told that the handsets were handed to a courier on! May. The spokesperson will "find out what happened". The increased amount was paid by debit order, I have been a client of this company for 10 years and am disgusted!!!
