Took a contract out about 3 weeks ago, and already there is problems!!! My July debit order has not gone off for a top up contract which is supposed to be in advance. So what now? Do you honestly think that I will allow you to take a double debit at the end of this month?? And when I reported it to customer care I was told they have to monitor my calls first..on top up??? HELLO?? And now I am told that my debit order date has been moved. I am warning Cell C now. That if you do not stick to the arrangement of the debit order going off on the 1st of every month as AGREED upon taking out this contract (Check the recording!!) there will be to play!!!
