LONG WAIT!!!

My husbands Samsung cellphone was up for a contract renewal. Yesterday, 01/07/2013 we went to renew his contract was issued ticket number 1511. We waited 45 minutes before I asked the floor manager how much longer we would still be waiting and she could not give me a time. Today my husband went back and his ticket number is 2130 and he has been waiting for 2 hours already!!! He asked the floor manager how much longer and they said another 30 minutes. How can a company like this run a business??? It is disgraceful!!!
