Data bundles expired

I would like to know from Cell C, why my data bundles expired, I bought a 3GIg with the Nokia speed stick and to my understanding, the data is suppose to be valid for 12 months but I was shocked to see an sms saying my bundles have expired and could not connect to the internet.

This was a prepaid deal (3gig)
