Non-existant service!

I recently changed from a talk 500 contract to a pay-as-you go package. For the past 2 days, i have tried calling the mtn call centre for pay as you go customers (173) for assistance with changing the settings on my phone for data usage. The service i experienced ranged from the calls to 173 not going through, to being told that the call centre is busy and my calls being disconnected. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Pull up your socks MTN! This is shocking service!
