Contract never loaded correctly

I upgraded my cellphone contract at the time to the iPhone 5 special that was running, where I should receive 200 minutes, 200 sms, and 500 MB data.
Asanda never loaded this correctly when the order was placed, now I have been billed for a contract I have not received the full benefit of???
When I contacted Nomo this morning, I requested that this be immediately corrected on the applicable line, she then added an additional 50 MB to my contract, as a recurring addition - this was NEVER requested, and I request it be removed ASAP, if I should receive an account at the end of this month stating the additional data bundle, and I am charged for this, I will go to the CPA, and seek legal advise.
I request a formal apology from the CEO of Cell C, as well as the above mentioned employees for their incompetence, and an incentive for the bad attitudes, listening skills of your employees, as well as incompetence as you are always happy to take my monthly payment with open arms, but when the shoe is on the other foot, then Cell C are very good at coming up with excuses.
These two employees should be brought to book, and provide explanations.
This is unacceptable, and I demand the above action
