MTN INVESTIGATES WHILE BILLING ME

Its been over month since i was told by mtn that they would be investigating my account as they were debiting money for a phone i never took out or recieved. I am simply appalled by their service!!! While they are investigating they are still taking money from my account!!! I was told i would get a refund for all the months they debited my account for this case. I dont know how long it takes to pull a recording of this supposed call!!! Its either they are offline and cannot access info or some other drib drab story!!! I am so disappointed and regret upgrading with them! I would advise anyone to simply reconsider taking a contract with them unless you dont mind being messed with!!!
