I "renewed" my contract in February of this year, when taking the contract out I was told that i would be paying R 269.00 a month. Great i have been paying that since up until now. I get a debit order that has gone off my account for R 378.00 this is more than a 100 rand more. I called in May, and spoke to i think the ladies name was Sandy, because i queried this amount before. She asked me to send her my contract which i did and she called to say that she had received it and is working on it and would call me back, to date i have not had a reply from her nor a phone call again. R 269.00 was taken off the end of May, so i presumed everything was ok and had been sorted. Until now. I am so fed up with MTN and am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere and going to the Ombudsman. This is not the first time that i am arguing with MTN about billing.
